ABOUT
Wine Dinner Experience
1. How do I book a wine dinner?
Bookings are made online through our website. A credit card payment via Stripe is required to confirm your seat. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.
2. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets are transferable as long as you notify us by email (events@sustentuwineclub.com) at least 3 days before the event with the new attendee’s details and any dietary requirements.
3. What is our cancellation policy?
- Got 15 days to get money back after the purchase (without some fees that are retained by third parties)
- 3 days before the event → you’ll receive a voucher for the ticket value, which can be used toward future events or shop purchases (excluding subscriptions).
- Within 2 day of the event → tickets are non-refundable.
- No-show without notice → no refund or voucher.
If Sustentu cancels the event, you can choose a refund without the third-party fees or transfer to another dinner.
4. What if I have dietary requirements or allergies?
Please let us know when booking, or email us at least 5 days before the event. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but specific alterations cannot be guaranteed.
5. What’s included in the wine dinner?
- A multi-course menu crafted by top chefs.
- A selection of fine wines (including exclusive or rare bottles, when available).
- Expert guidance from our sommelier or guest winemakers.
- Access to private rooms and unique dining spaces.
- Special offers on wines tasted at the event.
6. How much wine is served?
Each wine is served in a standard tasting measure:
- 125ml for sparkling
- 100ml for still wines
- 75ml for sweet or fortified wines
All other drinks not on the menu will be charged to the side for each individual. Price is calculated for the consumed bottles and food.
7. What if I arrive late?
Events start on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the experience, and refunds cannot be provided.
8. Will photos or videos be taken?
Yes. We often capture moments for our website, social media, and marketing. By attending, you agree to this use unless you notify us in advance by email.
9. What happens if someone drinks too much?
We promote responsible enjoyment. If anyone appears intoxicated, our team reserves the right to stop serving alcohol. Attendees must be 18+ and may be asked to show ID.
10. Are partner venues involved?
Yes, we sometimes collaborate with restaurants, wineries, hotels, and other venues. If you buy tickets directly from a partner, their own terms & conditions will also apply.
