Wine Dinner – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the wine dinner event organised by Sustentu Wine Club (“Organiser”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you (“Attendee” or “you”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Dietary Requirements: Attendees must inform the Organiser of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 5 days prior to the Event date by emailing events@sustentuwineclub.com or indicating during the booking process. While the Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, specific alterations cannot be guaranteed.
Collaboration with Partner Venues
We often collaborate with restaurants, wineries, hotels, and other venues to host our wine dinners and related experiences. Please note that each partner venue may have its own terms and conditions, including but not limited to cancellation policies, house rules, and safety regulations. By attending a wine dinner where you buy your tickets directly from one of our partner venues, you agree to comply with their specific terms and conditions in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the enforcement or content of our partners’ terms and conditions. For any questions regarding a partner venue’s policies, please contact the venue directly or refer to their official website.

Our Space
1. Ticket Purchase and Payment:
Booking: Reservations require credit card payment to secure your seat.
Ticket Price: It will depend on the event. The price is per person (inclusive of VAT, if applicable).
Payment Methods: Payments must be made via online payment through the website via a third-party company. For more information, please check our third-party page at https://stripe.com/gb/legal/payment-terms
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a subsequent confirmation email from the Organiser. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a valid email address during the booking process.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable to another individual, provided that the Organiser receives written notification via email to events@sustentuwineclub.com at least 3 days before the Event date with the name and contact details of the new attendee, as well as any relevant dietary requirements and received payment or voucher number.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
Attendee Cancellation:
Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the Event date will result in the issuance of a voucher for the ticket price. This voucher can be used for purchases in the Organiser’s shop or towards a future wine dinner event.
Cancellations will result in a voucher to be used in future in a different event or shop.
Cancellations made within 1 day of the Event date are non-refundable.
Failure to attend the Event without prior notification will not be eligible for any refund or voucher.
Organiser Cancellation: The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, venue issues, or presenter illness. In the event of such a cancellation, Attendees will be offered either a full refund of the ticket price or the option to transfer their booking to a future event of equivalent value, subject to availability. The Organiser’s liability in the event of cancellation will be strictly limited to the ticket price paid by the Attendee.
3. Conduct and Responsible Consumption:
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately at all times during the Event. The Organiser retains the right to request any attendee to leave the Event if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable, and such attendees will not be entitled to any refund.
The Event involves the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Attendees acknowledge their responsibility to consume alcohol responsibly and within the legal limits prescribed by the United Kingdom. The Organiser and venue staff reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual who appears to be intoxicated.
By attending the Event, Attendees confirm that they are of the legal drinking age in the United Kingdom (currently 18 years old). The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age from any Attendee.
Wine glass measures are 125ml for Sparkling, 100ml for still wines, and 75ml for sweet & fortified wines served.
Is served one wine glass of each choice is served accordingly to the menu and events plan.
4. Photography and Videography:
The Organiser may capture photographs and videos during the Event for promotional purposes, which may include but are not limited to use on social media, websites, and marketing materials. By attending the Event, you explicitly consent to the use of your image and likeness in such materials unless you inform the Organiser of your objection in writing via email to events@sustentuwineclub.com before the Event date.
5. Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, including its employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by Attendees arising out of or in any way connected with their attendance at the Event. This exclusion of liability includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential loss. However, this exclusion does not apply to death or personal injury directly caused by the Organiser’s proven negligence. Attendees are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings brought to the Event, and the Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to such items.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. The Event – “DiningExperience”
Start Time: Attendees are expected to arrive promptly at the scheduled start time of the dinner. Late arrivals may result in missing portions of the Event.
Duration: The approximate duration of the wine dinner will typically be indicated in the Event details. This duration is an estimate and may be subject to change.
Menu and Wine Selection: While the menu and wine pairings are usually advertised in advance, the Organiser reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the food and wine selection based on the availability and quality of ingredients and beverages at the time of the Event.

10. Amendments:
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Organiser’s website at www.sustentuwineclub.com or communicated via email to confirmed attendees. By continuing to attend the Event after any amendments are made, Attendees signify their agreement to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
11. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
The Organiser respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
- Data Collection: When purchasing tickets or attending the Event, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, dietary requirements, and payment information.
- Purpose of Use: This data is used solely for the purposes of managing bookings, communicating with Attendees, accommodating dietary needs, processing payments, and improving our services.
- Storage & Security: Your data will be stored securely and only accessible to authorised personnel. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to provide Event services (e.g. payment processors, partner venues, or catering teams for dietary requirements).
- Marketing Consent: If you opt in, your contact details may also be used to send you information about future events, offers, or related products. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at events@sustentuwineclub.com.
- Your Rights: In accordance with UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, request deletion, or restrict processing of your personal data. Requests should be submitted by email to events@sustentuwineclub.com.
- Data Retention: Personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or to comply with legal obligations.
Vouchers
Cancellations & Vouchers
If you cancel your booking, we will issue a voucher of the same value. This voucher can be used to attend another wine dinner or spend at our shop. Will be redeemed in the final bill.
Using a Voucher
If you already have a voucher, you will be able to enter your code at checkout. Each voucher code is single-use and can only be applied once per order.
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Wine Dinner, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
Mystery Box
Wine Mystery Box – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and delivery of the wine mystery box (the “Box”) offered by Sustentu Wine Club (“Seller” or “we”) to you (“Buyer” or “you”). By placing an order for a Box, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Product Description:
The Wine Mystery Box contains a hand-picked selection of wines, the specific contents of which are unknown to the Buyer at the time of purchase.
Sustentu Wine Club ensure a variety of wines in each Box, considering factors such as grape variety, region, and style. However, the exact wines included in any specific Box cannot be guaranteed or pre-selected by the Buyer.
The retail value of the wines included in the Box will be at least equal to or greater than the purchase price of the Box.
Product images displayed on our website or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the exact wines included in a specific Box.
Inside the box you have a QR code that will allow you to a mystery webpage where you will find some surprises if you hit the lottery, and some information about the wines that came in the box as well as something to cook for those wines. Increasing your experience with us.
2. Payment:
Price: The price of the Wine Mystery Box Explore £69 (inclusive of VAT, if applicable) plus any applicable delivery charges as specified during the checkout process.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe (third party) Visa, Amex, and Mastercard.
Payment Authorisation: By submitting your order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including the price of the Box and any delivery fees (if necessary), monthly.
Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed upon successful payment processing and our dispatch of a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will contain your order details and a transaction reference.
Currency: All transactions are processed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
3. Law of Consumer Rights (United Kingdom):
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have certain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights include that goods supplied by us are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Right to Reject Faulty Goods: If the wines in your Box are faulty (e.g., corked, oxidised), you have the right to reject them within 15 days of receipt and receive another bottle of the same wine or similar on price and taste. Within 15 days.
Refund: If you wish a refund, the goods have to come back to us by your own cost. We will analyse if the wine is faulty. If is we will refund you in a voucher to spend on our shop or next buy. Within 15 days after receiving the goods. If any of the boxes come broken, we will require a picture to send the goods again.
Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations): Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Box without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement email to info@sustentuwineclub.com. You must then return the Box to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation, at your own expense. Upon receipt of the returned Box in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price but not standard delivery charges (if any) or any other fees. Please note that this right to cancel may not apply to perishable goods, such as wine, if they are unsealed after delivery. However, we will consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis, especially if the Box has not yet been dispatched.
4. United Kingdom Drinking Laws:
Legal Drinking Age: By placing an order for a Wine Mystery Box, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom.
Verification of Age: We may use third-party age verification services to confirm your age before dispatching your order. We or our delivery partner may also require a valid form of identification (e.g., passport, driving license) upon delivery to verify that the recipient is at least 18 years old. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, the delivery may be refused, and the order may be cancelled with a potential restocking fee.
Responsible Consumption: We encourage the responsible consumption of alcohol. Please be aware of your limits and drink responsibly.
5. United Kingdom Delivery Laws and Regulations:
Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery within the mainland United Kingdom only.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the delivery address and chosen delivery method.
Delivery Timeframes: We aim to dispatch orders between 28 and 30 each month except February (28 to 1 March). Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the delivery service and destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, but are not guaranteed.
Delivery Service: We use reputable delivery partners to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your Box.
Recipient Availability: It is your responsibility to ensure that someone of legal drinking age is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the Box. If no one is available, the delivery driver may leave a card with instructions for arranging redelivery or collection from a local depot.
Failed Delivery: If delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful due to the Buyer’s failure to be available or provide accurate delivery information, we may reserve the right to cancel the order and not refund the purchase price.
Damage in Transit: Upon receiving your Box, please inspect it for any signs of damage during transit. If the Box or its contents are damaged, please notify us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) by emailing info@sustentuwineclub.com with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement.
Restricted Items: It is your responsibility to ensure that the receipt of alcoholic beverages is permitted in your local area. We are not responsible for any issues arising from local restrictions on the sale or delivery of alcohol.
Address: You are fully responsible if the order gets to the correct address. Once the order is out can’t be changed, you may have to pay for a new order.
6. Intellectual Property:
All content included in the Box, on our website, and in our promotional materials (including logos, trademarks, text, images, and designs) is the property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.
7. Data Protection:
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website Private Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
